Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Within 7 days, service partially used: Refund minus usage
• After 7 days: No refund (except in case of major service defects)
2. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly or annual subscription services can be cancelled at any time:• Cancel before next billing date: Service continues until end of current billing period
• Refund requests: Pro-rated refund for unused days available

Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items

• 환불 요청 시: 사용하지 않은 잔여 일수에 대한 부분 환불 가능
